桂东县、安仁县、资兴市电动格栅清污机主要由载有特殊耙齿所组成的回转栅链、减速机驱动传动装置、反转清洗刷及电气控制箱等部分组成一个整体的机械装置。各个特殊形的耙齿，在横轴上连接成耙齿链，耙齿间按要求形成一定间隙的栅缝。耙齿链随机体下部沉浸于水原进水口的沟渠中，水流流经耙齿链栅隙时，对水体中的污物进行截留，耙齿链在机体上部的减速驱动、传动机构的作用下，绕一定方向（截留污物面向上）缓慢恒速移动将所截留物提出水面，液体从耙齿栅隙中顺利通过，进入下道处理工序。 提出液面的污物，由于失去浮力产生下落，由耙齿承托，不致二次混入水体，耙齿链运行到机体上部，通过链轮及转弯导轨，耙齿链运行方向随之改变为由上向下，附着于耙齿链栅面及承托在耙齿中的大部分污物因自重而脱落，一些粘附在栅缝中的纤维物或质地柔软的片状物也同时由设置在链轮相应部位的橡胶板转刷，反向旋转将其刷下，污物均落入集污槽中排除。由于耙齿链是一个封闭式结构，当运行到机体下端时，同样由转弯导轨向上转向，形成回旋运动，自动连续地工作，对水源（或液体）中的飘浮及夹杂物进行清除。The mechanical grille machine mainly consists of a rotary grille chain with special rake teeth, a reducer drive, a reverse cleaning brush and an electric control box. At the same time, some fibers or soft sheets adhering to the gap are brushed by the rubber plate which is arranged at the corresponding part of the sprocket, and the dirt is removed by falling into the dirt collecting trough.
